About Us
We understand how important dogs are in our families, the Colin & Co staff all own dogs and we know how imperative it is for your dog to have the best possible day or stay with us.
Our day care and boarding services are high end, providing only the finest, luxurious environment for dogs - we believe this makes us stand out from everyone else in the dog care industry. We only use the best, ecological products out there on the market and we strive to offer everything with a personalised touch to keep pups and their parents happy.
We pride ourselves on providing you and your dog with the utmost care and comfort during their day and stay. Our ethos is based around enrichment, behaviour and training. Each member of staff has completed relevant courses to enable your dog to keep up their general obedience even when they’re with us. This keeps them engaged and focused throughout the day in between play and nap times.
Safety is our number one priority and we will always strive to provide the best possible care.
Please note our staff members are not behaviourists. They have completed relevant canine first aid, puppy and dog behaviour courses with vigorous on site physical training in order to work at Colin & Co. We sadly cannot fix bad behaviour in one day and sometimes dogs behaviour differs from the park or at home. We will always keep you updated with your dogs behaviour and offer an extra training service with our qualified dog trainers and behavioural work with Ria if needed.
How we got our name
Colin & Co is named after the love of Ria’s life, Colin the dachshund. He was adopted in 2015 followed by the gorgeous Saffy, also a rescue dachshund in 2019. It is Colin’s world – we all just live in it!
She originally created a dog walking business in Kensington which soon turned into training, behavioural work and daycare.
Ria tailored the daycare to how the dogs learn, experience the world around them and what the best is for them and the most convenient for their owners. Colin & Co is very keen on training and enrichment to make sure the dogs get the most of their time at the retreat.
Meet Our Team
Colin & Co are a fully qualified dog loving team, who’s number one priority is to provide the best possible care for dogs. Our staff are first aid trained, hold behavioural qualifications and even breed specific training such as the brachycephalic breed, which are kept up to date annually.
Ria - Owner, Trainer & Groomer
Dogs have always been my passion.
I always had a vision to create a company providing a personable and professional care and training service for our canine friends, yet still being reliable.

Kelly - Bookings and Customer care
Kelly always had an obsession with dogs. She is so wonderfully warm, understanding and is a firm favourite with all the dogs in our care.
Kelly has been with us since June 2018 starting as a day care driver and dog walker. She is now our customer care and bookings manage. Kelly also owns a staffie cross who joined us at daycare from 13 weeks old.
Emily - Daycare supervisor
Since Emily was young she’s always loved animals, due to this passion she successfully completed an Animal Management Level 3 course at the Berkshire College of Agriculture.
Although she loves all animals, dogs are by far her favourite which made it clear that she’d love to work with them. She has been with Colin & Co since 2019 and has loved every minute of it.

Sammy - Activity manager/Social media/Daycare assistant
Sammy’s childhood was always animal orientated and was always actively encouraged to own a wide range of pets. It was this drive that led her to studying Level 3 Animal management at Berkshire College of Agriculture. She has been with the company since 2019 and has a passion for dog training making her the perfect activity manager!
She is also very talented with a camera and loves to show all the dog’s adventures on social media for us.

Katie – Head driver
Katie has had various pets in the family and was always desperate for a dog growing up. Now she has two fur babies of her own who are her whole life. “It is impossible to get enough of those furry four legged friends, it is a love like no other.”
She adores her job at Colin & Co, saying there is no possible way to start the day off bad when you’re greeted by such happy wagging tails and lots of licks every morning. It is so heart-warming to see how excited all the dogs get to see her in the morning and bring them to daycare.

Angelia – Daycare assistant
As a young girl, Angelia has always adored being surrounded by dogs, learning to understand more about them. Part of the joy of working with dogs is giving them the unconditional love and comfort they cannot give themselves. Although she has never had dogs growing up, she is now living her dream being able to love on so many every day!

Tia - Daycare Assistant
As a child Tia was always surrounded by her friends dogs but never had the pleasure of owning one herself, until she turned 18 and rescued a Jack Russell Terrier called Patch. She finds that there are no better companions than dogs as they always bring us happiness.
